Machines
We have eight Machines on offer:
Single Axle Shredder
The shredder will allow the workspaces to shred plastic and will include a set of sieves that allow obtaining the three different sizes (large, medium, and small) of shredded plastic. This machine has the capacity of processing around 20-30 kilograms of plastic per hour.
Double Axle Shredder
The Shredder Pro shreds plastic waste into smaller flakes ready to be recycled.
This double axis machine is able to shred up to 50 kg of plastic every hour depending on the desired flake size.
Additionally, the input area is big, allowing it to shred larger plastic objects.
Extrussion Machine
The extruder machine is also able to process the three main plastics (HDPE, PP, PS) into new products. One of the new uses of the extruder machine is the production of construction materials like bricks and beams.
Injection Machine
The injection machine processes shredded plastic into new products with small dimensions. It uses moulds to melt the plastic into the shape of the desired product. This machine is often used for workshop sessions as it is relatively easy to show how it works, people can help injecting and it’s easy to transport compared to the other machines.
Sheet Press Machine
The sheet press machine is one of the new innovations that creates sheets for large products from large amounts of plastic. The plastic sheets can be used as a raw material to create furniture, cabinetry, or various other objects that you would normally create with plywood.
Oven Press Machine
Plastic is heated inside the oven and slowly pressed into a mould with a carjack. Well suited for making larger objects, this machine is great for prototyping but not good for production.
Cardboard Shredder
Transform your waste into sustainable packaging or void-fill material while saving costs on waste hauling. Don’t just throw away your cardboard – repurpose it and make a positive impact on the environment!
Can Crusher
Automatic Electric can crushers for recycling 12 cans per minute. Works with 340ml and 220ml cans.
Supplied Workspace
All these will be fitted into a 12m used shipping container that will be branded as a MRW (Mini Recycling Workpace) in our custom colours of green and gold with this space number and owner’s name.
These containers will be fitted with all electrical, ventilation and tools to start operating from day one.
Or Your Workspace
They can also be fitted into your own space like a wooden cabin, iron shack or a shop. that will also be branded as a MRW (Mini Recycling Workpace) in our custom colours of green and gold with this space number and owner’s name.
